These rules help create a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone on the party bus. Failure to follow these rules may result in penalties, removal from the bus, or legal consequences, depending on the severity of the violation and the policies of the bus company.
1. Cancellation Charge and Payment Terms:
a. Cancellation Charge: The following cancellation charges and refund policies apply:
i. Full Refund for Early Cancellation: If the reservation is canceled 30 days or more prior to the scheduled trip, the Client will receive a full refund of the total amount paid for the charter.
ii. Partial Refund for Intermediate Cancellation: If the reservation is canceled within 15 days of the scheduled trip but more than 48 hours in advance, the Client will be eligible for a partial refund, which amounts to 50% of the total charter cost.
iii. No Refund for Last-Minute Cancellation: If the reservation is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled trip or on the same day as the reservation, the Client will not be entitled to any refund, and the full charter cost will be charged.
b. Deposit and Payment Terms:
i. To secure a charter, a deposit amounting to 50% of the total charter cost is required at the time of signing the contract.
ii. The remaining balance of the charter cost is due in full no later than 15 days prior to the scheduled trip.
2. Vehicle Selection:
a. Finality of Vehicle Selection:
i. Once a specific vehicle has been selected and confirmed for the reservation, it becomes integral to the charter agreement, and its choice becomes binding upon confirmation.
ii. The Client acknowledges that vehicle selection is a crucial aspect of the charter planning process, as it influences the capacity, amenities, and overall experience of the trip.
iii. It is imperative for the Client to make an informed decision regarding the choice of the vehicle, considering factors such as passenger capacity, comfort, and specific amenities that meet their requirements and preferences.
iv. Good Times Party Bus advises the Client to thoroughly review the vehicle options available and communicate any specific needs or expectations during the reservation process.
v. Any changes to the selected vehicle after confirmation may result in logistical challenges, unavailability of alternative vehicles, or additional costs. Therefore, Good Times Party Bus recommends careful consideration before confirming the vehicle choice.
vi. Good Times Party Bus is committed to providing the selected vehicle as agreed upon in the reservation, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable charter experience for the Client and their passengers.
3. Remaining Balance:
a. Credit Card Processing Fee:
i. A 4% credit card processing fee is applicable for payments made with a credit card when settling the remaining balance. This fee does not apply to the initial deposit if paid using an alternative payment method.
4. Delays:
a. No Credits or Refunds for Delays:
i. Good Times Party Bus understands that delays during a charter can be frustrating and inconvenient for clients and passengers. However, it is essential to clarify the policy regarding delays caused by factors beyond the control of the company.
ii. Delays may occur due to various external circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, heavy traffic, road closures, accidents, or other unforeseen events. These factors are often beyond the control of Good Times Party Bus.
iii. Good Times Party Bus endeavors to provide reliable and timely transportation services. Still, it is crucial for clients to acknowledge that some delays are unavoidable and unpredictable.
iv. To manage expectations and ensure transparency, the policy states unequivocally that delays, when caused by factors beyond the control of the company, will not result in credits or refunds. Good Times Party Bus cannot assume financial responsibility for delays beyond its control.
v. Clients are encouraged to account for potential delays in their travel plans, particularly when scheduling connecting flights, events, or other time-sensitive activities.
vi. While Good Times Party Bus strives to minimize delays and provide updates to clients during the charter, understanding the inherent uncertainties of travel and traffic conditions is essential.
vii. Good Times Party Bus remains committed to delivering a safe and comfortable journey, even when faced with unexpected delays, and will make every effort to mitigate their impact on the overall charter experience.
5. Passenger Seating and Safety
a. Passenger Seating:
i. For the safety and well-being of all passengers, it is mandatory that all passengers remain seated while the charter bus is in motion.
ii. Passengers should use seatbelts, if available, and remain seated until the bus comes to a complete stop.
b. Safety Concerns:
i. Remaining seated while the vehicle is in motion is crucial to prevent accidents and injuries. Sudden stops, turns, or braking may occur during the charter, and standing or moving around the bus while in motion can lead to accidents or falls.
ii. Passengers are strongly advised to follow the driver's instructions and any posted safety guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable journey.
6. Passenger Capacity Limit and Compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Laws
a. Passenger Capacity:
i. The Client acknowledges and agrees that each charter bus has a legally defined maximum passenger capacity as set forth by federal motor carrier laws and regulations.
ii. The Client further acknowledges that exceeding the specified passenger capacity is a violation of federal motor carrier laws and constitutes a safety hazard.
b. Compliance and Safety:
i. It is strictly prohibited for the Client and passengers to exceed the maximum passenger capacity of the charter bus.
ii. In the event that the Client and passengers exceed the specified passenger capacity, the driver will not proceed with the charter until the correct number of passengers is on board the vehicle, ensuring compliance with federal motor carrier laws and safety standards.
iii. Good Times Party Bus prioritizes the safety and well-being of all passengers and adheres to federal motor carrier regulations to ensure a safe and comfortable journey.
7. Trash Removal, Cleanup Fees, and Food & Drink Policy
a. Trash Removal:
i. The Client and all passengers are responsible for removing all their trash, including but not limited to wrappers, containers, and personal items, from the charter bus before departing at the end of the charter.
ii. Failure to remove trash may result in a cleanup fee assessed by Good Times Party Bus.
b. Cleanup Fee:
i. In the event of excessive spillage or soilage of the charter bus caused by the Client or passengers, a cleanup fee of $350 will be assessed by Good Times Party Bus. The Client agrees to pay this fee promptly upon notification.
c. Food and Drink Policy:
i. No food or drink is allowed on the bus unless prior permission is granted by the head office and explicitly listed on the reservation.
ii. Good Times Party Bus does not permit the use of Styrofoam containers or open cups on the bus.
iii. All drinks brought on the bus must be in capped bottles to prevent spills.
iv. Food items that melt or may cause damage or staining to the interior of the bus are strictly prohibited.
8. Damages, Passenger Conduct, and Safety
a. Damages to the Bus:
i. The Client and all passengers are responsible for any damages caused to the charter bus during the charter. Damages include, but are not limited to, interior and exterior damage, equipment damage, and upholstery damage.
ii. In the event of damage, Good Times Party Bus will assess the cost of repairs or replacement and notify the Client of the associated fees within a reasonable timeframe. The Client agrees to pay for such damages promptly upon receiving the notification.
b. Passenger Conduct:
i. Good Times Party Bus expects all passengers to conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner while on board the bus. This includes refraining from any behavior that may endanger the safety of others or damage the bus.
ii. Passengers are prohibited from engaging in any activities that could compromise the safety of the charter, including but not limited to:
· Horseplay, roughhousing, or any disruptive behavior that may distract the driver.
· Tampering with emergency exits, windows, or any safety equipment on the bus.
· Use of illegal substances or any behavior that violates local laws or regulations.
c. Negligence:
i. Good Times Party Bus shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the negligence or misconduct of passengers. Passengers are responsible for their own safety while on the bus.
ii. Good Times Party Bus reserves the right to terminate the charter immediately if any passenger's behavior endangers the safety of others or the bus. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and the Client will be responsible for arranging alternative transportation for the passengers.
d. Emergency Exits and Safety:
i. Passengers are strictly prohibited from tampering with or obstructing any emergency exits or safety equipment on the bus, including but not limited to exit doors, windows, and safety hammers.
ii. In case of an emergency, passengers must follow the instructions provided by the driver for a safe evacuation. Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in legal action.

11. GPS Navigation, Adherence to Routes, and Onboard Cameras
a. GPS Navigation:
i. Good Times Party Bus utilizes GPS navigation systems to track the location and route of the charter bus during the charter period.
ii. The Client acknowledges and agrees that deviations from the contracted routes are not permitted unless otherwise authorized by the head office of Good Times Party Bus.
b. Route Adherence:
i. The Client and all passengers must adhere to the route specified in the itinerary and trip sheet provided by Good Times Party Bus.
ii. Any requests for deviations from the contracted route must be made to and approved by the head office of Good Times Party Bus in advance.
c. Onboard Cameras:
i. For safety purposes, the charter bus is equipped with onboard cameras. These cameras may capture footage of the interior and exterior of the bus during the charter.
ii. Good Times Party Bus will only access and use the camera footage when it is deemed necessary in the event of an emergency, to assess driver behavior and training, or as required by local authorities.
iii. Good Times Party Bus respects passenger privacy, and camera footage will not be used for any other purposes without consent.
iv. Privacy policies are in full effect, and any requests for camera footage by local authorities will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
12. Note Regarding Terms and Conditions:
Please be advised that the terms and conditions listed on our website are only a part of the comprehensive set of terms and conditions that govern our services. A full contract encompassing all relevant terms and conditions will be provided upon email confirmation of your trip.

Review and Sign the Charter Bus Contract:
Attached to this confirmation email is our Charter Bus Contract, which outlines the terms and conditions of our service. Your electronic signature is required for all clients, including those with direct billing arrangements. Please click the link at the bottom of this email to review and sign the contract.
Complete the Credit Card Authorization Form:
Regardless of your payment method (credit card or check), it is imperative that you complete the Credit Card Authorization Form. To avoid any inadvertent charges to your credit card, please make sure to check the box indicating your payment by check when completing the form. Please note that only Direct Bill Clients will receive an invoice, and payment will be arranged according to the terms of your direct billing agreement. For all other clients, it is mandatory to settle the full payment for your trip before the service commences. This ensures a seamless and hassle-free experience for everyone involved.
Driver Information:
In preparation for your trip, we will provide you with your assigned driver's name and contact number 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
Updated Trip Details:
To ensure the accuracy of your trip itinerary, please provide us with any updated details regarding trip times and itinerary, if applicable. This information is vital to ensuring a seamless experience.
Onsite Point of Contact:
We kindly request the name and phone number of the onsite point of contact for the day of the trip. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between our driver and dispatch team during your journey.
Driver's Authority:
The driver of the party bus has the authority to enforce these rules and ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers. Failure to comply with the driver's instructions may result in immediate expulsion from the vehicle without refund.
Right to Refuse Service:
Good Times Party Bus Charter reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any passenger at our discretion if their behavior is deemed a risk to the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others on board. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

1.2. Pre and Post-Trip Inspections: Prior to and following each charter, our vehicles are subject to thorough pre and post-trip inspections by our trained staff to ensure they are in proper working order and meet all safety requirements.
2.1. Unforeseen Events: Despite our best efforts and strict maintenance schedules, mechanical breakdowns can occur due to the complex nature of vehicles and their many moving components. Such events are beyond our control and can happen unexpectedly.
2.2. No Liability for Breakdowns: Good Times Party Bus Charter is not liable for mechanical breakdowns or failures that may occur during a charter. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and empathize with our customers, but we cannot predict or prevent every mechanical issue.
3.1. Replacement Vehicle: In the event of a mechanical breakdown during your charter, our priority is to ensure your safety and minimize disruption to your event. We will make every effort to provide a replacement vehicle promptly to allow your charter to continue.
3.2. No Refunds Guaranteed: We do not guarantee refunds in the event of a mechanical breakdown. However, we will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis to determine if a refund is appropriate, taking into consideration the circumstances, the impact on your charter, and any applicable insurance coverage.
3.3. Alternate Arrangements: If a replacement vehicle cannot be provided promptly, we will work with you to explore alternative arrangements to complete your charter or offer compensation as appropriate.
